First, we grab a coffee or hop on a call to discuss what you need. Then we prepare a concept proposal and budget. Once you approve, we handle everything. From the venue to the program to the last detail. You just show up and enjoy.
Ideally 4-6 weeks, but we have pulled off events in 10 days. The sooner you reach out, the more options we have. For larger events, we recommend 2-3 months in advance.
Most of our events take place in Prague and surrounding areas, but we are not afraid of trips elsewhere. We will gladly find you the perfect venue anywhere in the Czech Republic.
It depends on the scope, number of people, and your vision. Smaller team buildings start at tens of thousands of crowns, larger corporate events can run into hundreds of thousands. We always prepare a custom budget with no hidden costs.

Yes. We work with trusted suppliers. From catering to sound systems to photographers. You do not have to source anything, we arrange it all.
Sure. We will come, check out the space, and suggest how to use it best. Or we will recommend a venue that suits you better.
We are prepared for that. We have Plan B (and sometimes C). We solve problems before you even notice them. That is our job.
It is a dating evening for people 30+. We meet in a pleasant venue where a structured program awaits you. No awkward games, just natural conversations. You will meet 10 to 15 interesting people in one evening.

Yes, that is the whole point. But do not worry, everyone is in the same boat and the atmosphere is friendly. After a few minutes, you will forget you came alone.

Not really, that is up to you. But we can advise how to make the invitation so people actually show up.
Currently, we focus on corporate and social events. For private celebrations, we are happy to refer you to colleagues who specialize in them.
